These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.fourlittlepigs.co.uk (the “Site”). This site is owned and operated by Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD. This site is an e-commerce website. By using the Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Exclusive Rights and Ownership of Content:

By entering into this design project agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD shall have exclusive rights to publish, display, and use any content created or produced as part of the design project on social media platforms, websites, or any other promotional materials, and that Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD is the sole and exclusive owner of all such content. This content includes, but is not limited to, design renders, videos, photographs, and any other media or creative materials generated during the course of the project.

The Client further agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the aforementioned content without prior written consent from Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD. The Client acknowledges that Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD may use this content for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes, both during and after the completion of the project.

This provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement and remains in effect indefinitely.

Sale of Goods

The following goods are available on our Site:

  • Interior design service

  • Soft Furniture and Accessories

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.

These terms and conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument and verify receipt of any refund.

Third Party Goods and Services

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Limitation of Liability

Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.

Dispute Resolution

Subject to any specifications in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD are unable to resolve any disputes through informal discussions, then you and Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator and arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD. The cost of mediation and arbitration will be shared equally between you and Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If at any time the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal, and the rest of the terms and conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

Project Activation Fee
If a project is left without continuation by the client for longer than 60 days and later resumed, an activation fee of £150 plus VAT will be required before any further work is carried out. In such cases, the project schedule and timescale for delivery will need to be reviewed and agreed upon, and work will be subject to availability at the time of recommencement.

Formation of Contract

These Terms and Conditions describe the services and set out the entire agreement between Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD (“Service Provider”) and you (the “Client”) and will apply once an appointment has been made to provide Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD’s services (the “Services”).
Before procuring the Services, you should read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.

Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD Services

Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD has been retained to remotely provide interior design services only. The Service Provider is not a general contractor and will not act in such capacity. The Client is responsible for taking care of all design works required.
Once payment is made, the Service Provider and Client enter into the Agreement.

The Service Provider issues the Client a survey via the email address provided. The Client completes the survey and sends it back to the Service Provider via email within 7 days. If the Client does not return the completed survey within this period, the Service Provider will send an email with an additional 3-day extension. If the Client fails to return the survey within the extended period, the Service Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the Agreement, retaining the entire payment made by the Client.

After the Service Provider receives the completed survey, the Client will automatically receive inventory instructions.
Within 7 days of receiving the inventory instructions, the Client must complete the inventory and send the results to projects@fourlittlepigs.co.uk. The inventory includes, but is not limited to, dimensions and photos of the room to which the ordered project relates. If the Client does not send the inventory results within this period, the Service Provider will send an email with an additional 3-day extension. Failure to send inventory results within the extended period allows Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD to withdraw from the Agreement, retaining the entire payment.

The Service Provider will check the inventory within 7 working days. If inaccuracies are detected, a request for clarification will be sent to the Client with a specified deadline. If the Client does not send the specifications within this period, an additional 2-day extension will be given. If the Client fails to provide details within this extended period, the Service Provider may withdraw from the Agreement, retaining the entire payment.

Once the Client completes the survey, sends measurements and required assets, the Service Provider will set a start date for the project and provide a functional layout (2D room drawing with proposed furniture positions) within 7 working days. This layout will be reviewed and approved by the Client within an additional 5 working days. Revisions are limited as follows: 1 revision in the Piggy Design Package, 2 in the Premium Package, and 3 in the VIP Package.

After the Client approves the functional layout, the Service Provider will develop a 3D concept within 10 working days. This concept will be reviewed and approved by the Client within 5 working days. Revisions are offered similarly as mentioned above. If further amendments are requested beyond the package limits, additional costs will apply.

Following the approval of all amendments, the Service Provider will finalise the design. The Client will receive the final design in the form of 3D renders and a shopping list electronically, covering all project elements. The Service is considered complete upon project submission.

Disclaimer: 3D Design Render Variations

The 3D design renders serve as visual representations and may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing processes, materials, or other considerations. For accurate details, refer to accompanying descriptions and specifications. This disclaimer ensures transparency and manages expectations regarding 3D design renders.

After receiving the final design, the Client must verify the shopping list within 5 working days.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from the Client's inventory, especially incorrect room measurements.
Interior Design can be subjective, and preferences may vary.

Client Obligation

The Client must use the website in compliance with the law, regulations, and decency, ensuring not to interfere with its functioning, especially by using specific software or devices.
The Client is required to complete the survey and provide accurate room measurements following the guidance provided by the Service Provider within the specified times.

Payment and Billing Terms

The charges for the services are displayed on the website (fourlittlepigs.co.uk) under the tab "Packages & Prices."
All payments must be made through the website or by bank transfer and must be completed before entering the agreement.

 

Cancellation and Termination Policy

The Client has the right to cancel this contract within 7 days of conclusion, provided that work on the project has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, written notice must be sent via email to Four Little Pigs - Kids Interiors LTD at hello@fourlittlepigs.co.uk.
Once cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 30 days. If cancellation is requested after 7 days, a refund may be issued as a goodwill gesture, subject to a 5% handling fee.
Termination does not affect any outstanding rights or obligations, including the Service Provider's right to recover any owed funds.


Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or claims arising from any information or instructions supplied by the Client that are incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate.
The Service Provider is not liable for any unforeseeable loss or damage, including loss of profit or consequential loss.
Neither party is liable for any failure to perform duties under this Contract due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.
To address any complaints, the Client must provide full details within 7 days of service delivery.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects liability for death or personal injury caused by the Service Provider’s negligence or the Client’s statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy

Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD is GDPR compliant. For data-related inquiries, contact hello@fourlittlepigs.co.uk.
The privacy policy details how Four Little Pigs- Kids Interiors LTD handles data, uses it for record-keeping, improves services, and occasionally for marketing purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties, and the Client's details are stored securely using GDPR-compliant platforms such as MailChimp, Squarespace, and PayPal.

Promotions and Introdutory offers 

The 10% introductory discount is available to new mailing list subscribers only and is valid until 31st May. The discount code will be sent via email after signing up and applies to full priced products only. The offer excludes design packages, bespoke items, and custom orders. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount and is limited to one use per customer. Free delivery applies to mainland UK and selected European countries only. Four Little Pigs LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) on the website.
Products can be ordered via the online shop, email, or bank transfer (BACS).

Lead Times

Lead times vary from 4-10 weeks for bespoke items. Other items are dispatched within 3-5 working days, subject to stock levels.
For urgent orders, contact shop@fourlittlepigs.co.uk before ordering to check current lead times. Overseas orders are accepted, and delivery charges will be quoted upon receipt.
