It doesn't matter what stage you are at in renovating your home, you can book with us in advance and start your design process whenever you are ready!
How can I start working with you?
As soon as you are ready to transform your child's space, you can purchase one of OUR PACKAGES.
Use our Piggy DESIGN package if you would like us to design your space only using off the shelf furniture. For anything else including off the shelf pieces and amazing custom carpentry design, you need to choose our Piggy PREMIUM package.
For an exclusive approach and fully personalised service with support every step of the way via video calls and WhatsApp, choose our Piggy VIP package.
After choosing your package you will receive a guide of what we need from you to start the design process. We are here to help every step of the way if you need extra support!
What does the design package price depend on?
The price of design package will depend on the size of the room and on the selected service - see OUR PACKAGES.
It will also depend if you require custom furniture designs (Piggy PREMIUM and VIP only) (not available in Piggy Design) .
Does the price depend on the size of the room?
Yes, there are small differences in price depending on the size of the room. Here are the brackets:
-up to 15m2
-15-25m2
-25-35m2

What budget do I need to allocate to my project implementation?
We are happy to work with your budget whatever it is. The average cost of our projects is around £1000 / m2, however this can vary depending on your requirements. Custom designs of furniture are going to cost relatively more and it will depend on the carpenter you appoint to finalise the project. For projects with off the shelf furniture, we can tailor the pieces to suit your budget.
We have worked with budgets as small as £1000 and bigger than £100,000.
Do I have to provide you with all of the dimensions of the room before I order a project?
No. You don’t need to provide anything before ordering a project.

How do I measure a room?
We realise this might be something you are worried about but we promise we will make it easier for you. Our ‘Measuring Playbook’ explains everything in a step by step guide. You can sketch your room or take pictures and add measurements - we will be happy to guide you if you get stuck at any point. The whole process is user-friendly and we understand that not everyone is an architect. Don’t worry, if any elements are missing, we will ask you.
We also happily work with dwg files and cad drawings if you have them.
What information do you need from me to start designing?
As soon as you place an order on our website you will receive acknowledgement and a step by step guide. You will answer our survey, send us your room measurements and a few inspirational photos.That’s it! After that we do all the work to design your child’s dream space.
Can accessories and furniture that I already own, be included in the design?
Of course. You just need to explain this to us in the survey and send us pictures and measurements of these precious pieces of furniture and other items or a link to where you have purchased them from. Additionally if you already have an idea or an eye on a piece of furniture you love and would like to purchase, we will be very happy to include it in our design.

Who will design my room?
We work with a strong team of professional interior designers and architects who specialise in designing interiors for children. Additionally, each project is supported and assessed by our children's development professionals.
What will communication with you look like?
We operate fully on-line and mostly communicate via our e-mail hello@fourlittlepigs.co.uk and projects@fourlittlepigs.co.uk. We are very reactive with our messages.
In Piggy DESIGN package you will connect with us via email.
If you choose Piggy PREMIUM we will also be available to speak to you on What’s App or other ways most suitable for you.
If you are a Piggy VIP customer we can also connect via video calls and of course WhatsApp or other ways most suitable for you.
Can the designer visit my home?
As we work remotely on the whole process and our designs are created for children all over the world, it’s not possible for the teams to travel.
We can promise you that virtual communication is just as efficient and you will be pleased with the speed of communication online as well as the outcome.

Will there be any meetings?
The huge advantage of designing with us, exclusively online, is that you can do it any time in the most suitable environment - you could be on the beach, tucked under a blanket on your couch or even during your lunch break!
We deliver your designs and communicate with you fully remotely. We won’t organise meetings unless you ask for them, we understand how busy being a parent is, and will work together to suit your schedule.
How long does the design take?
Usually the project is completed within 4-5 weeks. However, the process can be shortened and stretched, all depending on how quickly we get your information and feedback between stages.
We offer speedy project delivery with our VIP package.
How many versions of the project do you offer?
Normally we offer one version of the project but you will have a number of revisions to make changes according to your dreams. Please check our packages to see how many revisions we offer depending on the selected package.
Before we start working on your project, we collect detailed information from you. You can give us plenty of information and express what you really like. We ensure that the process is thought through in every detail, by dedicated professionals, to satisfy your every need.
How many changes can I make to the project?
Piggy Design - 1 set of changes at each stage- functional layout & 3D renders.
Piggy Premium (our most popular) - 2 sets of changes at each stage.
Piggy VIP - 3 sets of changes at each stage.
Are there any extra charges?
No. We are pleased to say that there are no extra/hidden charges whatsoever.
However if you would like to purchase an advisory call or extra revision we are happy to offer you discounted prices based on the hours dedicated to complete the extra work.
What furniture and accessories do you use in your projects?
We use most of the popular companies available on the UK and Worldwide digital market.
We only work with companies offering reliable service and great quality products. It’s very important to us that they care about our planet and make sustainable products. None of products in our projects will have less than 4* reviews on the market.
Will I receive paint colours from you?
Of course, we will give you all the paint colours we have used in your design. We use RAL or NCS system. This way you have the flexibility to choose the brand you like. However, if you feel like you’d like us to work with a specific brand, please let us know from the start and we will be happy to do so.
We would always recommend to use samples first to ensure that the colour shade is right in your space. Test it in multiple areas of your room with different lighting to help you to better visualise what the colour will look like in your space at any time of day.
How can I buy furniture and accessories for my project?
You will receive all elements of your project from us in the form of a clickable shopping list. You will be able to make your purchases easily without having to browse through pages and pages of online shops. This excludes any custom carpentry items, for which we supply technical drawings for your carpenter to complete the work.
What information do you supply for the carpenter?
For any custom carpentry included in the design, we provide a set of detailed technical drawings for the carpenter to follow. These drawings are available in both metric (m) and imperial (ft/in) systems to ensure they are easy for your contractor to interpret.
What will I find on the shopping list?
You will find all elements of your design on your clickable shopping list; furniture items, soft furnishings and accessories, wallpaper and paint. We don’t provide links to the toys or books which we add to make the design feel "homely"
Will all items on the shopping list be available?
We check the availability of all items from the shopping list at the time of handing over the project. However, as we often use general on-line stores we cannot guarantee 100% of availability at the time you have chosen to buy those products.
We would always be happy to discuss a substitute item within the support window.
Do you help with shopping?
We can guide you with your purchases or help when the chosen product is for example out of stock.
We can also offer a service to help to purchase items from the list, just ask.
Can you help put the project into reality?
We have friendly teams that we can put you in touch with who can implement your project, if needed so you can feel like everything is taken care of for you.

Can you recommend a renovation company?
Yes! Depending on the country, we do have a great network of carpenters and decorators who we can recommend to implement your project.
What if I don’t like your design?
It has never happened but of course we take into consideration that everyone is different. We offer you corrections at each stage of the project to ensure your full satisfaction. Within that you can then request a change of everything that raises your doubts.
If you have further doubts or suddenly change your mind completely, you can request that we start again but we will have to apply a charge for the additional work outside of the revisions outlined in the package you have selected.
Will I be able to arrange the room according to the design?
We will equip you with everything that is necessary to easily create your project. If there is a tiny DIY drive in you - no problem! If not, we would recommend that you team up with some handymen/women to help you out to avoid any frustrations and use the technical drawings we will provide.
You will receive a shopping list from us - you can buy all the elements of the project conveniently online.
