We were incredibly excited to work with the team at woo-hoo! Children's Museum to design the Toddler’s Treehouse for their new location, a magical sensory space created especially for little ones under three.
Set within woo-hoo!’s immersive edutainment environment and complementing their other interactive galleries, the Toddler’s Treehouse was designed as a calm sanctuary where early learning happens through gentle play, exploration and discovery. Inspired by the wonder of childhood, the space invites toddlers into a transformed world filled with soft textures, age appropriate toys, curated books and sensory experiences, all thoughtfully designed to nurture curiosity, confidence and imagination.
From wandering through the magical treehouse, the centrepiece of the design, to exploring the soft obstacle circuit and zooming down two fun slides, every element encourages movement, confidence and adventure through play. We also created a magical forest house where little ones can engage in pretend play, helping to support language development, creativity, social skills and emotional understanding from an early age.
For the littlest visitors, there is a dedicated baby area tucked away to provide a calm and safe environment for sensory discovery and age appropriate play. Featuring sensory walls, interactive toys and cosy corners, every detail has been carefully considered to encourage little ones to explore at their own pace in a nurturing environment.
